What are embellishments — and do you really need them?
We might be a little biased, but we say yes! ✨
Those extra touches are what make your stationery feel truly special. Think: an envelope liner for a pop of color, a backing layer for added thickness, or a custom wood detail to make your suite stand out.
To make things easy, we even have a handy estimate calculator to help you decide which pieces fit both your vision and your budget. Because let’s be honest — life’s too short for ordinary invitations!

Envelope Liner
A custom printed accent adhered to the inside of the envelope for a touch of color or personality. Liners can feature maps, patterns, or custom artwork to complement your invitation design.
Vellum
A translucent layer that can be printed and placed over your invitation or wrapped around it for a soft, elegant finish.
belly band
A wrap made from vellum, paper, or fabric that holds your invitation pieces neatly together. It can be printed, plain, or color-coordinated to enhance the overall presentation of your suite.
Wax seal
A hand-stamped wax accent that adds a timeless, elegant touch to your invitation suite. Often used to seal envelopes or secure vellum wraps, available in various colors and designs. These come with a self-adhesive backing...which is wonderful.
Small Tag
A printed cardstock tag tied around the invitation to share extra details like your website, RSVP info, or a short message. It’s a simple accent that adds both function and charm.
Raffia
A natural fiber that adds a rustic, organic finish to your invitation suite. Commonly tied around the invitation or laced through a charm or tag. We most often use the natural color for its timeless simplicity.
Baker's twine
A thin, colorful string often tied around invitations or laced through a small tag for a playful, handmade touch. We do our best to match the color to your custom invitation design.
WOOD
A small wooden charm that adds depth and personality to your invitation suite. Choose from our stock designs — like airplanes, starfish, palm trees, or sea turtles — or customize your own. Each piece is secured with raffia, ribbon, or bakers twine for a natural, handcrafted finish.
Paper Seal
A small, printed cardstock layer used secure a vellum wrap or hold invitation pieces together. A simple, customizable accent that adds a polished finishing touch.
Acrylic
A clear or colored acrylic charm that adds a modern, dimensional touch to your invitation suite. Choose from our stock designs — such as airplanes, starfish, palm trees, or sea turtles — or customize your own. Each piece is secured with raffia, ribbon, or bakers twine for a polished, handcrafted finish.
ribbon
Available in satin or grosgrain, ribbon adds a soft, elegant accent to your invitation suite. It can be tied in a bow, threaded through a custom tag, or wrapped around passport and boarding pass invitations. We do our best to match the color to your custom design.
suede tie
A soft, velvety cord that adds a rich, textured finish to your invitation suite. Often wrapped around the invitation or used to secure a small tag or charm.
backing layer
A matte or shimmer cardstock layer adhered to the back of your invitation for added weight, color, and dimension. It gives your suite a more polished, finished look.
frayed fabric
A soft, hand-torn fabric ribbon with delicate frayed edges that adds an organic, romantic touch to your invitation suite. Often wrapped around the invitation or tied with a small tag or charm.
lace
A delicate textile wrap that adds a romantic, vintage-inspired touch to your invitation suite. Often layered over the invitation or paired with ribbon or twine for an elegant finish.
Gold clip
Gold clip: small metallic clip that neatly secures your invitation pieces together while adding a hint of shine. A modern alternative to ties or wraps for a clean, minimalist look.
Boarding Pass Sleeves
Available in a single fold, or double fold (shown here). The double-fold holds more information as it can be printed on the inside with more event details. Single fold sleeves are more like a jacket, with printing only on the outside.
sinamay
A natural, semi-transparent fiber wrap often paired with raffia or a wooden embellishment. Used around invitations for a textured, organic look, sinamay is available only in its natural color.
Rope
A thicker, natural fiber twine that adds a rustic, textured touch to your invitation suite. Commonly wrapped around the invitation or used to tie on a small tag or charm.
