A Grand Reveal Inspired by the Waldorf Astoria
The outside of the invitation features a hand-illustrated version of the resort's signature metal tree sculpture—a striking piece of artwork that welcomes guests as they arrive at the Waldorf Astoria.
Rather than revealing everything at once, the gatefold design creates a sense of anticipation. As the invitation opens, guests are greeted by an expansive watercolor view overlooking the sparkling Sea of Cortez, recreating the incredible moment you experience when stepping into the resort.
It's the same feeling of discovery your guests will have when they arrive in Cabo—and exactly the experience we wanted this invitation to tell.
A Custom Map of Cabo San Lucas
Destination weddings often include more than just the ceremony, so we designed a custom illustrated map of Cabo San Lucas on the back of the invitation.
The map highlights the couple's wedding weekend events, making it both beautiful and practical. Guests can easily see where they'll be celebrating while enjoying illustrated local landmarks, including Cabo's famous rock arches along Land's End.

The Cutest RSVP Card We've Ever Designed
One of the most personal details in this suite came from the couple's last name: Fishman.
Instead of a traditional RSVP card, we created a custom watercolor fish-shaped response card—a playful detail that fit their personalities perfectly while tying into the coastal setting of Cabo San Lucas. The rsvp details are on the back side along with a QR code - always a convienent option for guests to respond.
